Verify and activate
Verify a contact channel, resolve possible duplicate records, and activate a secure portal invitation only when there is a legitimate care reason.
Complete requirements
Finish medical intake, telehealth and privacy consent, insurance or self-pay selection, and photographs when required.
Receive care
A clinician completes photo review, meets by video, or examines the patient at the booked clinic location.
Continue treatment
Review instructions, prescriptions when clinically appropriate, messages, records, invoices, and the next follow-up date.
Escalate safely
The team can change the care mode or refer outside TeleAcne if photographs or video are not clinically sufficient.
